 Structural
square tube columns save space while creating rigidity. All components
are designed to facilitate ease of installation. The high-tensile steel
framing members and our rigid frame connections allow greater spans and
the ability to meet Seismic Zone 4 requirements.
Framing systems will be designed to meet or exceed
local building code standards. All our mezzanines follow the
guidelines of the code agencies ANSI, AISC, ASCE, UBC, BOCA, SBC, and OSHA.
 Mezzanines
are not just for storage! Our rigid frame design is perfect for in plant
offices, conveyor and equipment support systems, walkways or whatever you
may need to be placed above floor level.
Our design and use of light-weight, high-tensile
materials allow users to simply bolt our system together. In most cases,
we are able to install the mezzanines over existing equipment or
stored items.
All stairs, landings, and handrails are designed to
meet the code requirements or your area. Standard stair widths are 36"
with skid-resistant diamond plate treads and open risers. Special
applications, requiring closed risers, wider or smooth treads, unusual
angles and runs, are available.
Guardrails and gates are manufactured using Allied's
exclusive "Gatorshield" galvanized tubing, the best product on the market
today for strength and corrosion protection. Our Carbon Steel,
high-frequency welded, and cold formed product enhances the physical
properties of the tubing.
A selection of lift-out, swing, sliding, and bi-parting
gates are available. Installation is quick and easy with standard
preassembled components.
