VERSA-LIFT MANUALLY PROPELLED DRUM LIFT
- One person can easily lift, stack and move heavy barrel loads.
Single post design enables operators to fully view their work. Mast cradles the hydraulic cylinder to prevent damage. Convenient handles for pushing -- discourages unsafe load pulling. Attachments perform a variety of operations and mount securely on 1/2" thick, 8"W x 24"L solid steel backplate. Four power options; manual foot pump for easy and efficient lifting, 12 volt DC motor is powered by a battery (not included), 110 volt AC motor plugs into standard outlet and air power motor recommended for use in volatile areas. A) Drum Forks22" steel forks are specially adapted to handle horizontally stacked drums. An efficient way to lift drums into and out of stacking racks.
B) Drum TilterFor occasional one-sided drum pouring applications where no more than a 120° rotation is needed. The hand crank operated tilter rotates heavy drum with ease.
C) Steel Platform24" x 24" steel platform rests on model H9406 pallet forks to convert unit into a platform lift. For positioning work and moving heavy items.
D) Steel Forks22" steel forks move, elevate and stack pallets up to 24"D. Useful around narrow aisles and congested areas.
E) Drum Gripspring and cam actuated jaws grip automatically as pressure against the drum forces them down. Jaws adjust manually to handle cylinders from 18-23" in dia.
F) Drum RotatorFully loaded 800 lb. drums can be rotated 360° in seconds with minimal effort. Universal joint on the long handle crank allows operator to stand in the optimum position for operator viewing. Gripping device features nylon belts, ratchet tighteners and rubber-coated arms for lifting various drum sizes.

Screw down pad secures the swivel caster end to the floor.
